Enterprise network hardware · Sold in lots

Sell your surplus network gear. We find the buyer.

We match used switches, routers, servers and optics with buyers who need them now. Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HPE and more. Every deal settles through Escrow.com. The money is held until the gear is checked.

  • Escrow.com on every deal
  • Serials checked before close
  • Money released after inspection
  • U.S. Army veteran-owned

How we work

Both sides are protected

The money is not ours

Escrow.com holds the payment. We never touch it. It is released when the buyer accepts the gear.

Nothing ships unchecked

We collect serials, reports and photos first. The buyer sees all of it before paying.

Terms come first

Inspection window, freight and timing are agreed before money moves. No listing fees.

Scope

What we buy

We buy enterprise network gear in lots. Brand is not the gate. A serial number, a clear origin and a lot worth moving are. If it is not on the list, ask. We would rather say no fast.

We buy

  • Switches — Cisco Catalyst, Nexus; Arista 7050, 7060; Juniper EX, QFX
  • Routers — Cisco ASR, ISR; Juniper MX; HPE and Aruba
  • Security — Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto
  • Optics — SFP, SFP+, QSFP, QSFP28, any brand
  • Servers and storage — Cisco UCS, Dell, HPE
  • Cards, supervisors, power supplies, spares

Same bar for every brand: serials, clear origin, a lot worth moving.

We pass

  • Home and small office gear
  • Single units and small counts
  • Printers, toner and ink
  • Phones and tablets
  • Gear with no serial or clear origin
  • Lots under $5,000

Sell

Sell your lot. We bring the buyer.

We do not cold-call

When we reach out, we already have a buyer for that gear. You are not listing and waiting.

You ship after the money is held

The buyer pays into escrow first. We tell you when it clears.

Your list stays private

Only matched buyers see it. We never ask for exclusivity.

We take the lot as it sits

Grade it straight and the price holds. No haggling later.

Send your list

Upload a manifest or paste your list. Offer in one business day.

We do not pass your list around. Sending it does not lock you in. You ship direct to the buyer. Freight and timing are agreed before money moves. Tell us if drives stay in the chassis.

Checks

What we check before money moves

Faked and relabelled gear is the real risk here. Paperwork in your hands beats a promise.

Every lot

  • Serial number, line by line
  • show version and show inventory output
  • Photos of the unit, label and serial
  • Grade noted on each line
  • Count checked against the manifest

What “tested” means

  • Powers on and passes POST
  • Port count matches the part number
  • Config cleared, reset to factory
  • Anything else is noted on the line

Grades, in plain words

  • Grade A — light wear, looks near new
  • Grade B — some marks, works fine
  • Grade C — heavy wear, works fine
  • As-is — not tested

You check it too

Serials and reports reach you before you pay. Run them yourself. We hand over the paperwork. We do not ask you to take our word.

FAQ

Straight answers

Most lists get an offer in one business day. If we cannot place your lot, you get a clear no just as fast.

No. You can work the same lot with anyone else at the same time. Nothing is tied up.

Only buyers we match to it. We do not post it. We do not send it out to a group.

The buyer pays into escrow before you ship. When they accept, Escrow.com pays you. ACH takes about 3 days. Wire is next day.

Anything from new sealed to for-parts. Grade it straight and the price holds.

About

About Truelot

Truelot is the used-hardware business of Dual Digital Network LLC, a U.S. Army veteran-owned New York company in business since 2023. We work with IT teams, ITAD firms, recyclers and resellers.

We find demand first. We check the gear. Then escrow carries the money. We do not hold your funds, and we do not sit between you and your buyer any longer than the deal needs.

Sometimes we buy the lot ourselves. Sometimes buyers come to us looking for a specific model. Either way, escrow holds the money before you ship — same protection for you.
