Dual Digital Network LLC

A U.S. Army veteran-owned company in New York. We trade enterprise hardware through Truelot, build workflow automation, and help veterans and their spouses into WIOA-funded training for cyber security, IT and digital skills.

  • U.S. Army veteran-owned
  • WIOA support for cyber, IT and digital skills
  • New York LLC, since 2023

What we do

Three things we do

One trades hardware. One fixes the work a computer should be doing. One gets veterans into cyber, IT and digital-skills training.

Truelot

Enterprise hardware trading in lot quantities.

  • Surplus gear matched with active buyers
  • Settled through Escrow.com
About Truelot

WIOA Enrollment

We help veterans and their spouses get into WIOA-funded programs for cyber security, IT and digital skills.

  • Free screening to see if you qualify
  • We connect you to a school that takes the grant
How enrollment works

Workflow Automation

Automation built for small businesses.

  • Manual, repetitive work found and automated
  • Scoped for a small team, not an IT department
Automation services

Truelot

Enterprise hardware trading

Truelot is Dual Digital Network’s trading desk. It buys and matches surplus network gear in lots — any brand that carries a serial number and a clear origin.

Gear is checked before a deal closes: serial lists, hardware reports and clear photos. Each deal settles through Escrow.com, so neither side carries payment risk. Dual Digital Network LLC is the party you contract with.

WIOA enrollment

How enrollment works

WIOA pays for job training in New York. We screen veterans and their spouses, then connect them to a school that takes the grant — with a focus on cyber security, IT and digital skills. It costs nothing to talk to us.

We screen you. We refer you to a school that takes WIOA money. We help with the paperwork.

We are not a training provider. We do not decide who qualifies. We cannot promise funding or a job.

Check the school, not us

Ask any school for its listing on the New York State Eligible Training Provider List. A school that takes WIOA money will have one. Check it with the New York State Department of Labor before you sign anything.

Workflow automation

Automation sized for a small business

Most small businesses lose hours each week to work a computer should do. We find that work, automate it, and hand back something the team will keep using.

  • Data moved by hand between systems that don’t talk
  • Quotes, invoices and follow-ups rebuilt from scratch each time
  • Reporting assembled manually every week or month

We hand over the notes, so you can change it without us.
